OnCall.med and Plantão.med are the same product. It is for health professionals and students in the field. It is not a service that treats a patient.
Calculators apply published formulas. The result depends on the values you enter and the unit you choose. Check the formula, the study population and the context before you use it.
Drugs without a dose show only what the source provides, such as name, class and presentation. The app does not invent a dose. Where a dose exists, it comes from a cited label or text, and the decision still belongs to the professional who is treating.
ICD-10 is the official DATASUS table from the Brazilian Ministry of Health, based on the WHO classification. Lab ranges show the population, the specimen and the source. The interval from the laboratory that issued the report takes priority.
Most clinical text is in Portuguese or English and was written first for physicians. Other professions can use the calculators. The content is not yet adapted for each professional council.
An account, when it exists, is yours. Do not share the password. You can sign out and you can delete the account in the app.
Billing is off in this version. Nothing in the app requires payment to calculate, look up ICD-10 or read lab ranges. If a subscription is turned on later, the price, period and cancellation will be shown before purchase, with restore purchases on the same screen.
The product is provided as it is. Interruptions, a unit error or an outdated source can happen. Report it through the corrections link on the site.
