OnCall organizes calculations and references for people who already provide care. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace the judgment of the professional who is with the patient.
Use a result together with the exam, the history and the protocol of the service. A score on its own does not decide admission, discharge or a drug.
A dose appears only when a cited source states the number. If a record says the catalog has no dose, there is no dose hidden in another field.
Spanish clinical text is not reviewed yet. With the app in Spanish, calculators are shown in English. Guides, drugs and ICD-10 titles in the Brazilian pack remain in Portuguese.
