Privacy
This notice covers the OnCall.med app, the calculator pages on medhub.one and medicinahub.com.br, and the browser extension for the same product.
The publisher of this product is responsible for the data described here. Contact contact@medhub.one, or contato@medicinahub.com.br in Brazil. The company registry number will be added before store submission.
Calculators, the cardiac arrest timer, shifts, handover, pasted labs, favorites and preferences stay on your device. The app does not upload those records.
An account is optional. If you create one, we store the email, a protected password held by the access service, language, country and the count of AI questions. We do not ask for a patient identifier.
An AI question leaves the device only when you tap send and the service is on. Do not include a name, record number, phone number or other patient identifier. The question is used to look up sources and write the answer. We do not use that text for advertising.
We do not sell data. We do not track you across other apps. If purchases are turned on later, Apple, Google or RevenueCat will process the payment. Purchases are off in this version.
In Brazil this follows the General Data Protection Law, based on the service you asked for and, for an account, your request to register. In the EU and the UK the equivalent basis is the contract and the request you make. You can ask for access, correction or deletion from the Account screen when accounts are connected, or by email.
Deleting your OnCall account removes this product’s profile, permissions and usage counters. Accounts and data in other products using the same sign-in are preserved. To request deletion from the web, email contact@medhub.one from the account email with the subject OnCall deletion and no patient data. On-device records stay until you delete the app or clear its data.
Public calculator pages can be opened without an account. The server keeps the minimum technical log needed to run the site. Those pages do not carry third party ads.
