This page explains our current controls, honest limitations and the standard we are moving every public claim toward.

## Content governance

Consequential guidance should identify its jurisdiction, official source, review date and owner. We are migrating older content to this standard; unlabeled legacy content should not be treated as current.

## Privacy by scope

Public tools should request the minimum data needed. Do not send medical records or confidential credential documents through public pathway search or email.

## Data boundaries

The website, learning apps and Pathways plugin have different data flows. Our privacy policy describes the current public services; future credential workflows require separate consent and retention controls.

## Human accountability

AI may help retrieve, structure or explain information. It is not the final authority for licensing, hiring, credential verification or clinical competence.

## Corrections

Regulations change. Report a material error with the page URL and an official source. We will review it and correct or withdraw the claim when warranted.

## Security posture

We use managed hosting and scoped service integrations. We do not claim a security certification or external audit that has not occurred.

## What Medhub does today

* Publishes educational registration guidance and country research reviews
* Provides country-specific learning and exam-preparation products
* Operates a read-only Pathways plugin for educational retrieval
* Invites narrow institutional design-partner conversations

## What we do not claim

* We are not a regulator or licensing authority
* We do not guarantee exam, registration, visa or employment outcomes
* We do not currently provide universal primary-source credential verification
* We do not claim institutional partnerships without publishable evidence

## Report a correction or security concern

Include the affected URL and, for content corrections, the relevant official source. Do not email credential documents or sensitive health information.
