FR.med Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Medhub (operator of FR.med) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the FR.med mobile application and related services. FR.med helps international medical professionals prepare for the ECN/iECN and French medical licensure.

2. Information We Collect
Account Data
When you register, we collect your email address and chosen display name, stored securely in our Supabase database.
Learning Data
We store your quiz answers, flashcard progress, and study pathway progress to provide personalised recommendations toward French medical licensure.
Payment Data
Subscription purchases are handled by RevenueCat (mobile) and Stripe (web). We do not store payment card details.
Error Reporting
Crash reports via Sentry contain device type, OS version, and anonymised stack traces. No personally identifiable information is included.
3. Legal Basis (GDPR)
- Contract performance: account and learning data are necessary to deliver the service.
- Legitimate interests: crash reports and aggregate analytics improve the application.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Sub-processors include: Supabase, RevenueCat, Stripe, OpenAI (AI feedback), Sentry, and Google Cloud (text-to-speech).
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Data is retained while your account is active. Request deletion at contact@medhub.one; deletion occurs within 30 days.
6. Your GDPR Rights
Access, correct, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing of your data. Contact contact@medhub.one to exercise these rights.
7. Children
FR.med is intended for adult medical professionals (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
